Although chip-breaker is generally square shape, this is a pentagon shaped chip-breaker.

The square chip-breaker's blades are held by two points at the top part. However, this pentagon shape chip-breaker is held at single point so that it never rattles when the chip-breaker and the blades are put together.

I received an order recentry, So I made two.
In such a special order, I usually make two of the same size, because unexpected flaw may happen in the process.
Fortunately, both planes came out successfully This is another one.

Making such a big plane is energy consuming, and it is hard to get a good iron in terms of quality and quantity to make this size.
I think this size is the last work in my time.
